MEET THE MAKER

Hello, My name is Mer, and I am a self-taught silversmith. Growing up in Tucson, Arizona, in the Southwest, I was inspired to create my jewelry. I handcraft all my pieces in my home studio in Eugene, Oregon, with intention and care. I create one of a kind nature inspired elemental treasures for you to adorn yourself with. Each piece is made from sterling and fine silver, sometimes with gold or brass accents. I ensure that all the stones and crystals I use are responsibly sourced.
Thank you for your support!

Jewelry Care
Caring for handmade jewelry requires a different approach because it is handcrafted wearable art. While our pieces are sturdy and intended for regular use, it's important to be mindful of elements that could cause damage or hasten tarnishing. Jewelry should always be removed when bathing, swimming, or exercising. Avoid sprays, oils, lotions, or water directly on your piece. Naturally occurring chemical reactions over time will "age" your piece, creating a natural patina.
Silver pieces are prone to tarnish over time. You can use the provided polishing cloth to keep your pieces bright and shiny. Do not use jewelry cleaner, as it will strip the patina entirely and could damage the stone, which may not be restorable to its original state.
Avoid contact with hairspray, perfumes, and oils, as they may affect the patina of the jewelry. When not in use, store your jewelry in the pouch that comes with your order to protect it from dust and scratches.
